The Company does not operate cultivation, manufacturing, or retail facilities. Instead, it generates revenue through licensing, co-branded commercialization agreements, and consulting-driven intellectual property deployed with licensed partners.

Our approach is intentionally asset-light and regulatory-efficient. Value is created through intellectual property ownership, contractual rights, and defined economic participation rather than direct operational exposure.
